What’s happening?
The Document Intelligence module is not working, causing the customer to be unable to proceed with the data capture of the purchased invoice.


Reason:
This is caused by not having all necessary cloud flows enabled and the AI Builder not being set up correctly.


Resolution:

  1. Enable all required cloud flows as mentioned in the documentation: Configure the Data Capture Solution.
  2. Ensure that the AI Builder is set up post enabling the additional flows.
  3. After enabling the additional flows, re-upload the PDF document for processing.
