What’s happening?
The customer needs carbon emission data for the periods of 2019 and 2023 related to their IT infrastructure, which includes rented servers or cloud services in a colocation data center.
Reason:
By design. The emission data is only available for the last 12 months.
Resolution:
- Informed the customer that the emission data can only be retrieved for the last 12 months.
- Advised the customer to access the Emissions Dashboard for Microsoft 365 via Power BI to view available data.
