What’s happening?
The flow to parse inspection responses is not working as expected, resulting in an error message indicating that the resource was not found for the segment provided in the URL.


Reason:
Possible causes include:

  1. Missing Customer Voice Survey Response.
  2. Empty Inspection Response ID 
  3. Deserialization conditions not being met for the flow to trigger.

 

Resolution:
  1. Verify that all conditions for the plugin to trigger the flow are met.
  2. Ensure that the deserialization flows are published and not in draft state.
