What’s happening?
Users encounter an error when attempting to add service products to purchase orders, stating that only products with the Field Service Product Type set to Inventory or Non-inventory can be added.

Reason:
The error when adding service products to purchase orders occurs because service products, which represent work sold to customers and are measured in time duration, cannot be included in purchase orders. Only products with the Field Service Product Type set to Inventory or Non-inventory are allowed.

Resolution:
This behavior is expected. Only products with the Field Service Product Type set to Inventory or Non-inventory can be included.
