What’s happening?
The customer inquired about the possibility of integrating a single Business Central environment with multiple Field Service environments.
Reason:
By default, Business Central can only integrate with one Dataverse instance at a time.
Resolution:
The out of box integration between Business Central can only integrate with one Dataverse instance at a time. If this needing to integrate with multiple Field Service environments, a custom implementation must be used.
