The customer is facing an issue regarding whether a custom agent can retrieve information from URLs that are blocked by the company's internal network policy.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the internal network policy that may restrict access to certain URLs, which could impact the functionality of the custom agent.
Resolution:
- The agent can be configured with public or internal websites through the configuration of knowledge sources. However, URLs that are blocked due to internal network policies will not be used to generate answers.
