What’s happening?
Customers are inquiring about how to deploy agents created in Copilot Studio to Microsoft Teams and whether it is possible to limit the visibility of these agents to specific users.
Reason:
The underlying cause of the inquiries is the need for guidance on the deployment process of agents within Microsoft Teams and the configuration of their visibility settings.
Resolution:
- Click on the agent you wish to deploy from the Copilot Studio's Agents section.
- Ensure that the agent you want to deploy is published.
- Select the Channels option and click on Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Once the agent is added to Microsoft Teams, click on Availability Options.
- Select Manage sharing to share the agent with specific users, security groups, or e-mail addresses.
