What’s happening?
The Activity tab in Copilot Studio for a specific agent displays the message "No activity to display", despite the agent being used extensively.
Reason:
The activity feature is only functional when using the "Authenticate with Microsoft" option.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the "Authenticate with Microsoft" option is selected for the agent in order for the Activity information to be displayed.
