How to assign a default customer group to new customer records in the store commerce app
Reason:
The default functionality of the store commerce app allows for the automatic assignment of a customer group to new customer records by associating a default customer record with each store.
Resolution:
When adding a new customer record in the store commerce app, the assigned customer group can be defaulted by having a default customer record associated with each store. The properties defined for the default customer, including the customer group, will be copied to all new customer records created in that store.
