What’s happening?
Customers are unable to invoice direct delivery orders processed through the Point of Sale (POS) system, as these orders do not appear in the order fulfillment process for invoicing. 


Reason:
The direct delivery orders are managed by the purchase team, and once the purchase order is received, the sales order is marked as delivered in the system. 


Resolution:

  • For direct delivery customer orders in POS, ensure that the purchase orders are created correctly against the sales orders. Once the purchase order is received, the sales order should be marked as delivered in the system.
