What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue with the Copilot feature in Dynamics 365 POS, which currently supports only one language. Users in specific locales receive a message indicating that the Copilot is not available in their selected language, despite general support documentation suggesting otherwise.
 

Reason:
As of the first release, the Copilot feature in Dynamics 365 POS is available only in one specific language. Support for additional languages is planned for future releases, but is not yet available.
 

Resolution:

  • Confirm that the Copilot feature is currently only available in the specified language.
  • Inform users that for non-supported locales, the Copilot summary card will display a message indicating that the feature is not yet available in the selected language.
  • Advise users to refer to the documentation on Copilot capabilities in the POS and the release plan for upcoming language support.
