What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing validation errors when using 9 digit zip codes during the checkout process. The error message indicates that the zip code is not valid, preventing the selection of a delivery mode.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is that any zip code used must be pre-defined in the Address setup form of the headquarters (HQ). If a zip code is used that is not pre-defined, the customer will encounter validation errors.

Resolution:
To resolve this, ensure that each zip code that may be used is defined in the Address setup form of HQ. If a zip code is not pre-defined, it will lead to the described validation error. Additionally, it has been noted that disabling the "Use ZIP + 4 postal code validation rules" flag may allow the checkout process to proceed without errors.
