Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the dual-write operations during the customer creation process, which can take between 5 to 13 seconds. Factors such as cloud environment performance, resource availability, and network bandwidth may contribute to the variability in processing times.
Resolution:
- Enable asynchronous operations for dual-write to potentially reduce the impact on customer creation times.
