What’s happening?
The customer is unable to view user login history due to the deprecation of the "User Events" feature in the Environment Monitoring page. They are directed to set up and connect to an Application Insights resource in Azure, which incurs an expense.
Reason:
The deprecation of certain capabilities in the Environment Monitoring page has led to the unavailability of the "User Events" feature, prompting the need for alternative methods to access user login logs.
Resolution:
To access user login history, the customer can utilize the User log page in the System Administration module. This page maintains an audit log of users who have signed in, providing a report that includes: - Logins from different users - Date and time of their login - Duration of their online session
