Accessing the Data management module is significantly slower for users without System Admin security roles, taking approximately 20 seconds for the first access.


Reason:
The delay in accessing the Data management module without System Admin roles is considered normal behavior of the system. Subsequent accesses to the module are faster, typically taking about 1 second.


Resolution:

  • It is noted that the initial access time of approximately 20 seconds is standard for users without System Admin roles.
  • After navigating to other modules and returning to the Data management module, the access time improves significantly.
  • Users are advised to avoid creating duplicate screens when accessing the Data management module, as this can lead to additional delays. Instead, they should use the same screen for access.
If issues persist beyond the initial access time, further investigation may be required.
