What’s happening?
Customers may encounter issues with the Data Management service, specifically the DIXF service being unavailable when attempting to import or export any entity. This may result in error messages indicating that the DIXF service is not available or that there is an error while copying content to a stream.
 

Reason:
The underlying cause of the DIXF service unavailability may include: - Technical issues related to the DIXF service that require intervention from the engineering team. - Configuration issues within the gateway settings that may limit the size of requests being processed.
 

Resolution:
This could be a transient error on DIXF service side and a automatic restart or mitigation is implemented. Customer should retry the operation again after some time. If this still persist reach out to support.
