What’s happening?
Users are unable to log into the production system, receiving an error indicating that the account needs to be added as an external user.
Reason:
This is related to a change in Microsoft's login policy, which requires users to be added to the Microsoft Entra ID tenant as external or guest users. This change was communicated through a notification sent to the organization's message center.
Resolution:
- Add the affected users to the Microsoft Entra ID tenant as external or guest users to prevent login issues.
