What’s happening?
Customers are unable to create an enterprise policy in the specified region, receiving an error message indicating that "two or more VNets are in the same location for enterprise policy."

Reason:
This arises because the system requires that VNets used for enterprise policies must be in different locations. The engineering team has indicated that for geographies with multiple regions, VNets must be created in different regions to avoid potential issues.

Resolution:

  1. Delete any existing enterprise policies that are not in use.
  2. Create one VNet in the primary region (e.g., Norway East) and a second VNet in a different region (e.g., Norway West) if it doesn't exist.
  3. Create an enterprise policy and specify the two different VNets as parameters.
  4. Ensure that the VNet and the environment are in the same region when creating the enterprise policy.
  5. If this persists, consider creating the enterprise policy using existing VNets in the primary region and linking it to the new environment.
  6. For further assistance, refer to the documentation on setting up virtual networks and subnets: Microsoft Documentation.
