What’s happening?
Customers are unable to recover deleted data from a Dataverse table.


Reason:
Technical guidance.


Resolution:
To recover deleted records from a Dataverse table:

  1. Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as an admin.
  2. Select Environments and open the desired environment.
  3. Go to Settings > Product > Features.
  4. Turn On the Recycle Bin setting and specify the time interval for restoring records (up to 30 days).
  5. Select Save and allow 30 minutes for the system to configure the settings.
To view and restore deleted records:
  1. Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as a user with the system administrator security role.
  2. Select Environments and open the environment you want to view and restore deleted records.
  3. Go to Settings > Data management > View Deleted Records.
  4. Select one or more records to restore and click Restore on the command bar.
Note: Only records deleted after the recycle bin feature is turned on can be restored.
