What’s happening?
Customers are unable to recover deleted data from a Dataverse table.
Reason:
Technical guidance.
Resolution:
To recover deleted records from a Dataverse table:
- Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as an admin.
- Select Environments and open the desired environment.
- Go to Settings > Product > Features.
- Turn On the Recycle Bin setting and specify the time interval for restoring records (up to 30 days).
- Select Save and allow 30 minutes for the system to configure the settings.
- Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as a user with the system administrator security role.
- Select Environments and open the environment you want to view and restore deleted records.
- Go to Settings > Data management > View Deleted Records.
- Select one or more records to restore and click Restore on the command bar.
