Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'some') to display Capacity (PPAC).
Reason:
The error is associated with the absence of privileges for the Delegated Admin. Delegated Administrators cannot access Capacity resources or environment settings if they do not possess the "System Administrator" access right.
