What’s happening?
The process "Qualify Lead" is not running in the staging environment, and the status of the workflow is being set to "Canceled."
Reason:
Background processing was disabled for the environment, which led to the processes not running as expected.
Resolution:
To resolve this, enable background operations for the environment by following these steps:
1. Go to the Power Platform Administration Center.
2. Click on the "Environments" section.
3. Select the affected environment.
4. Click on "Edit"; a panel to the right should show up.
5. Scroll down to "Background Operations" and ensure it states "Enabled."
6. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
