What’s happening?
Getting an error while accessing the production URL, specifically a "500 Internal Server Error" or "The current organization id could not be determined."
Reason:
The affected user is not part of the required security group associated with the environment. Additionally, multiple users are attempting to access the production environment using the same account ID, which is not supported.
Resolution:
- Ensure that each user has a unique username and is not sharing a single account ID.
- Verify that the affected user is a member of the security group associated with the environment.
- If the user is not part of the required security group, update the user membership accordingly. Note that it may take some time for the changes to sync to the environment.
- Suggested to clear the browser cache and cookies, and try accessing the URL in InPrivate mode to resolve connectivity issues.
