What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the Analytics report in the Power Platform Admin Center is not displaying any data.
Reason:
There was a delay in processing the data, which affected the generation of the Analytics report. The update frequency for the corresponding data is confirmed to be 24 hours.
Resolution:
- Confirm with the customer if this is occurring across all browsers.
- Verify if the customer can see data for other environments.
- Instruct the customer to clear cache and cookies and try accessing the report in an incognito window.
- Check if the report is not showing for any particular filter (data time range) or if it is not showing for all data ranges.
- Inform the customer that this may be related to the update frequency and advise them to check again after 24 hours.
