What’s happening?
The customer is seeking a method to lock their production environment to prevent any accidental changes by administrators or privileged users.
Reason:
Access to the Power Platform Admin Center and its settings is controlled solely through the security roles assigned to users. There is currently no option available to specifically lock administrative activities within the Power Platform environment.
Resolution:
- It is recommended to set the environment in administration mode, which allows only users with System Administrator or System Customizer security roles to sign in. This mode is useful for making operational changes without interference from regular users.

- To manage administrative access, review and adjust the security roles and permissions for users within the organization.
