What’s happening?
The new opportunity process template is visible to admin users but not to other users, who only see the standard process.
Reason:
The business process flow (BPF) entity associated with the new opportunity process was not included in the app's site map or the custom solution that was imported.
Resolution:
- Verify that the business process flow has been added in the app designer.
- Ensure that the BPF entity is included in the solution being imported.
