What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing a data limit breach in the AsyncOperation table within their storage environment, leading to potential performance issues and the need for storage optimization.
Reason:
This is caused by certain job types occupying excessive space in the AsyncOperation table in File Storage.
Resolution:
- Run a targeted bulk delete operation on the job types that are occupying space in the AsyncOperation table to perform the necessary cleanup.
- Note that it may take 24-48 hours for the changes to be reflected in the Power Platform admin center.
- After performing the cleanup, monitor the AsyncOperation table to confirm that the size has been successfully reduced.
