What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing unwanted filter suggestions appearing at the top of their views in Microsoft Dynamics and are seeking a method to remove this feature.
Reason:
This is related to the new copilot feature in Microsoft Dynamics, specifically the {NAMEPII} Language feature that is causing the unwanted filter suggestions to display.
Resolution:
To disable the unwanted filter suggestions, follow these steps:
1. Go to Organization Settings.
2. Navigate to Features.
3. Set the {NAMEPII} Language feature to "No."
4. Save the changes.
5. Perform a hard refresh of the application.
