What’s happening?
Customers are unable to download the results from the Solution Checker when clicking the "Download results" button. This issue persists across different instances and browsers.


Reason:
This is caused by a bug on the backend, which has been acknowledged by the product group team. A fix has been applied and is in the process of being deployed to all regions.


Resolution:

  1. As a workaround, open the developer tools in the browser.
  2. Clear the logs in the network tab.
  3. Click on the "Download results" button.
  4. In the traces, look for a success 200 OK call for downloading.
  5. You will see the download URL in the preview tab.
  6. Copy and paste this download URL into a new tab in the browser to successfully download the results.
