What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues where licenses assigned to users do not appear as "Assigned" in the Admin Portal.
 

Reason:
The licenses may not be correctly reflected in the Admin Portal due to discrepancies in the assignment process.
 

Resolution:

  1. Validate that the users are assigned the correct licenses through the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Ensure that users meet all requirements for the licenses to be pre-provisioned into the environments.
  3. If necessary, run user access diagnostics for the users in the organization.
