What’s happening?
User is unable to create a story in PowerApps and receives an error message related to privileges for the entities "workload" and "territory".


Reason:
This is caused by missing security roles and privileges for the user, specifically the lack of required permissions for the entities "workload" and "territory".


Resolution:

  1. Verify the security roles assigned to the affected user.
  2. Navigate to the Environment settings in PowerApps:
  3. Go to Settings > User + Permissions > Security Roles.
  4. Select the appropriate security role assigned to the affected user.
  5. Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions for the entities "workload" and "territory":
  6. Set the required permissions to the appropriate level for both entities.
  7. Collect monitor and network traces while reproducing the issue for further analysis if needed.
