What’s happening?
The customer wanted to clean up the Contact entity from their environment instance due to high data storage consumption.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this was running out of capacity due to excessive data storage.
Resolution:
- A Bulk Delete job was created for the Contact entity to reduce the storage consumption.
- The table size was confirmed to have decreased after the cleanup process.
