What’s happening?
The customer is unable to create service principal authentication using the PAC tool, receiving an error indicating that the service principal does not have permission to access a specific path in the tenant.
 
Reason:
The service principal with the specified ID for the application does not have the necessary permissions to access the required path in the tenant.
 
Resolution:
