What’s happening?
Requesting a log or report that shows the date when a specific user was changed from Active to Inactive in the system. This request is due to an audit requirement, as the user was deactivated approximately mid-year of the previous year.
 

Reason:
The user in question has been completely deleted from the system, which makes it impossible to retrieve any logs related to their activity or status changes.
 

Resolution:

  • It was confirmed that the user was deleted in the Microsoft 365 Azure Admin and subsequently removed from the Business Central system.
  • Users that are disabled in Business Central remain in the system as disabled for 90 days before being completely deleted.
  • Since the user has been deleted, it is not possible to review their logs or provide the requested information.
