What’s happening?
The customer encountered an error message stating, "There is no Field within the filter," when attempting to add a new field in the Integration Table Mapping for the MDM_ record.


Reason:
This arises when the Integration Table Mappings are used for Dataverse, and the specific field being added is either not available or marked as obsolete in the current setup.


Resolution:

  1. To add custom fields, navigate to the Synchronization Tables.
  2. Select the Fields option.
  3. Use the "Update Fields" option on the Synchronization Fields page to add the desired field.
  4. If the field is marked as obsolete, it cannot be added until it is updated in the next release. In this case, the customer can either wait for the release or:
  5. Subscribe to an event to explicitly add the obsolete field.
  6. Publish an extension that contains the event subscriber to regenerate the mappings and include the obsolete field.
