What’s happening?
The client is experiencing an issue where the Income Statement process does not complete and subsequently removes all lines in the general journal. This issue began recently and occurs when attempting to run the process, which previously had a significant number of lines.
Reason:
The underlying cause appears to be related to the number of lines in the journal exceeding a certain limit, which may lead to a timeout when the process is scheduled to run for an extended period.

Resolution:
To resolve this, the client modified the process by excluding two dimensions, which reduced the number of journal lines from over 290,000 to just over 42,000. This adjustment allowed the Income Statement process to complete successfully.
