What’s happening?
Inquiring about the B2B and B2C HSN-wise file report as per the new rule related to GSTR 1.


 Reason:
The new requirement of segregation of B2B and B2C along with HSN number in GSTR 1 is already available in the system. The user must ensure that the required number of digits in HSN are captured at the transaction level.


Resolution:

  1. Ensure that the required number of digits in HSN are captured at the transaction level.
  2. Verify that the HSN numbers are displayed in Table 12 of GSTR 1 along with the bifurcation of all transactions into B2B and B2C.
  3. If further clarification is needed, the customer should provide any statutory documents where the requirement is declared.
