What’s happening?
The bank import template, which has been functioning correctly for over a year, is now failing to recognize amounts accurately, particularly for values like 1.00.
Reason:
This was caused by double quotes ("") at the end of the description in specific lines of the import file.
Resolution:
- Remove the double quotes ("") at the end of the description on the affected lines (specifically lines 135, 223, and 294) in the import file.
- After making the changes, attempt to import the file again to verify if the issue is resolved.
