What’s happening?
This is with posting and applying payments made on an earlier date to a Shopify transaction on a later date in Business Central.
Reason:
This is with Shopify functionality is related to the design of the system, which requires manual steps to apply payments.
Resolution:
To apply payments made at an earlier date to an invoice at a later date, the user must manually create a journal line first, post that, and then apply it on the ledger entries using the invoice date as the application date.
