What’s happening?
When attempting to install the Business Central Virtual Entity app on the Power Platform, users encounter the error message: "MicrosoftBusinessCentralVE{NAMEPII} SDK Message Processing Steps import: FAILURE: Expected to find one SdkMessageFilter for SdkMessageId {ALPHANUMERICPII} PrimaryEntity 11134 and SecondaryEntity 0. Found 0 records."

 Reason:
The error indicates that there is a missing SdkMessageFilter for the specified SdkMessageId, which is necessary for the integration of Virtual Tables with the Power Apps environment.

Resolution:

  1. Ensure that the Business Central Virtual Tables App is updated to the latest version (1.0.24107.1) available in PPAC and App Source.
  2. If this persists, check the configuration settings for the Virtual Tables and ensure they are correctly set up to connect to the Dataverse.
  3. If you encounter the message stating that the virtual tables are already configured, consider overwriting the default tenant/company settings to proceed with the setup.
  4. For further assistance, refer to the official documentation on synchronizing multiple Business Central companies with the same Dataverse environment.
  5. If the problem continues, engage with the Product Engineering team for additional support and updates on known issues.
If the above steps do not resolve this, please provide screenshots of the error and any relevant configuration details for further investigation.
