What’s happening?
The "Upload Main Attachment" button becomes inactive after uploading a main attachment for the first journal line, preventing users from attaching additional main documents for subsequent journal lines.

Reason:
This behavior is by design, as the system allows only one main attachment per journal document. Once a main attachment is uploaded, the option to upload another main attachment is disabled for all other lines.

Resolution:

  1. To upload a main attachment for a journal line, use the "Upload Main Attachment" action.
  2. If you need to upload additional documents for subsequent lines, use the "Upload Supporting Attachments" action.
  3. Note that the "Upload Main Attachment" option will be dimmed after the first use, as only one main attachment is permitted per journal document.
