What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with the Recurring General Journal not having the Approval Request option, which prevents the journal from being used when a workflow is set up for it.

Reason:
The Recurring General Journal does not currently have the Approval Request feature implemented. This is a known limitation and has been designated as a feature request by the product team.

Resolution:
The product team has added the need for the Request Approval function to their roadmap, with a tentative target for implementation in a future release.
