What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues when attempting to upload files with the extension .PRG, receiving error messages during the process.
Reason:
The system is designed to prohibit the upload of .PRG files because they are classified as executable file types, which are not allowed in the SaaS environment due to security concerns.
Resolution:
- Confirm that .PRG files cannot be uploaded to the system as they are executable file types.
- Inform the customer that this restriction is in place for security reasons and that alternative file types should be used for uploads.
