What’s happening?
Experiencing a permissions error when re-importing a configuration package for the project ledger entry table in Business Central, despite being a super user.
Reason:
Indirect permissions may be affecting access, as even super users might have indirect permissions on certain tables. Additionally, permissions linked to a specific company may restrict access.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the user has direct permissions for the Project ledger entry table.
- If super permissions are linked to a specific company, set the company field to blank in the permission set to apply permissions across all companies.
- Check the configuration package settings to ensure it is correctly configured and does not exclude any necessary tables or updates.
