Customers are experiencing issues with mileage calculations. The mileage is not automatically calculated when adding a new expense under the Mileage category.
Reason:
The mileage calculation feature does not auto-calculate as it requires the user to click the refresh button to pull the data. This behavior is by design due to the limited data available in the mobile app.
Resolution:
Users must click the refresh icon next to the "Total" field after entering the mileage to ensure the total values are calculated correctly. If the refresh button is not clicked before selecting "Done," an error will occur, preventing the expense from being created.
