What’s happening?
The expense reports reimagined workspace has a grid for users to view the lines they have added to their reports. However, the grid does not display a column for currency by default. Users can add the currency for themselves, but there is a requirement from finance to have it enforced for all users.
Reason:
The grid shows the amount in the currency of the legal entity, which may not reflect the mix of currencies within the expense lines. This has led to confusion regarding the necessity of a separate currency column.
Resolution:
During discussions, it was determined that the currency is displayed next to the amount in the grid. Therefore, there is no need to add a separate currency column to meet the customer's needs. If further adjustments are required, they should be communicated to the support team for additional assistance.
