Customers are unable to re-assign accounts that have related invoices or quotes. An error message is displayed indicating that the operation cannot be completed.

Reason:
This arises when attempting to change the owner of an account using the owner field on the form. Modifying this field and saving it results in an "Update" action instead of an "Assign" action, which leads to the error.

Resolution:
To successfully re-assign an account with an invoice or quote, use the "Assign" button located in the ribbon instead of changing the owner field directly.
