What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with the activation of on-account categories and the posting of invoices related to intercompany transactions.


Reason:
The on-account category activation is not functioning as expected, which may be due to the feature not being applicable to companies that do not have the Project Operations Integration enabled in PMA parameters.


Resolution:
For issues related to on-account category activation:

  1. Confirm that the Project Operations Integration is enabled in the Project management and accounting parameters> Project Operations on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement tab for the company in question (Project management and accounting> Setup). This feature is only available for companies with this integration.
