What’s happening?
Users are unable to change subprojects from fixed price to Time & Material (T&M) due to the absence of a dropdown menu for selecting the billing type.
Reason:
The inability to change the billing type is expected behavior; once the billing type is set to Fixed Price, it cannot be changed to Time & Material, and vice versa. The dropdown menu is locked after a value is selected and saved.
Resolution:
This is the expected behavior and that the dropdown will not be available for changes once a billing type is selected and saved.
