What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues where the realized cost amount and realized consumption do not appear in the production route costing. Additionally, there are concerns regarding cost transactions being zero, missing financial dates, and incorrect receipt statuses in purchase orders.
Reason:
The realized cost amount and realized consumption may not populate due to configuration issues in the item model group, specifically if the "Include physical value" option is not enabled.
- In purchase orders, if the financial date, financial cost, and financial voucher are not recorded after invoicing, it may indicate data corruption.
- The receipt status may remain as "Received" instead of "Purchased" if the purchase order is not properly invoiced.
- For production issues:
- Ensure that the "Include physical value" option is enabled in the item model group.
- Verify that all purchase orders are fully invoiced to ensure that the realized cost reflects correctly.
- If the issue persists, run a consistency check for the affected items to identify and resolve any data corruption.
- For purchase order issues:
- Confirm that the purchase order has been invoiced correctly and that the financial date, financial cost, and financial voucher are displayed.
- If these fields are missing, it is recommended to run a consistency check to rectify the issue.
- If the problem continues after these steps, further investigation may be required to determine if there are underlying issues with the cost management setup.
