What’s happening?
The item arrival journal always displays the details view when there is only one open journal.
Reason:
The behavior is intended, as some users may want to update or operate from the only item arrival journal.
Resolution:
- If the user wants to review the posted item arrival journals when there is only one unposted journal, the user can switch back to grid view and then clear the filter.
- If there is a strong business requirement for this behavior, the customer could create a custom menu item for the item arrival journal with a default view mode.
